TalkPool

On the 16^th of February 2023, Talkpool announced signing 2-year convertible loans to a total value of approximately EUR 430'000. The loans carry a SEK 6 strike per share price and 8% annual interest until conversion or repayment. Lenders have now decided to convert loans and interest of approximately EUR 465'000 into 877'482 shares. The shares are listed on Nasdaq First North (TALK) and Deutsche Börse (TKPL) with ISIN CH0322161768.

The conversion process will take some time, and the new shares will hopefully be in the depots of its owners before the end of 2024. This will result in a EUR 465'000 reduction of debt for Talkpool AG and an increase of issued shares from 6'778'097 to 7'655'579 shares.

This has been a good investment for both the company and the small group of lenders. Talkpool's management is participating in this conversion. Sparrholm participates with 490'426 shares, Strömstedt with 60'298 shares and Yacoub (Americas manager) with 53'319 shares.
