As earlier communicated, Talkpool has postponed the publication of the company's annual report for the financial year 2022 from April 21. The new date for the publication is now set to May 30. Consequently, the publication of the interim report for Q1 will be postponed from May 26 to May 31 and the date for the annual shareholders meeting will be changed from May 16 to June 21.

The postponement is due to a delay in connection with the audit. The delay is of a purely administrative nature and the accounts reported in the year-end report on March 10 have not been affected in a negative way.
