Talkpool hereby postpones the publication of the company's annual report for the financial year to Friday the 30th of May 2025.
The delay is mainly of administrative nature. No substantial differences are expected compared to the interim consolidated report published on the 14th of March 2025. Further information regarding the Annual Report and invitation to the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be published in May 2025.
The work volume and scope of Talkpool's audit has decreased compared to previous years. This allows for improving quality of the report and the underlying documentation.
