Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed a five-year lease agreement with Järva District Council, part of the Stockholm municipality, for premises in the property Korsräven 1 in Spånga. The agreement covers just over 1,700 square meters and corresponds to an annual rent of approximately SEK 3 million. Possession took place on May 1, 2025.

“We are pleased that the Stockholm municipality has chosen to establish its operations with us. We welcome  the Järva District Council to our premises and look forward to contributing to their important work in land and park maintenance in the Järva area,” says Anders Nilsson, Head of Property Management at Stendörren.
