Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (”Stendörren”) has on 12 September 2024 issued green senior unsecured notes of SEK 800 million within a framework of SEK 1,200 million (the “Notes”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes, Stendörren intends to apply for admission of the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the application for admission to trading of the Notes, Stendörren has prepared a prospectus which today, on 16 October 2024, has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The first day of trading of the Notes is expected to be on or around 18 October 2024. The Prospectus is available on Stendörren’s website (www.stendorren.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se).
