Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Stendörren”) has on 23 February 2026 issued subsequent green senior unsecured notes of SEK 300 million within a framework of SEK 800 million (the “Notes”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes, Stendörren intends to apply for admission to trading of the Notes on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the application for admission to trading of the Notes, Stendörren has prepared a prospectus which today, on 9 April 2026, has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The first day of trading of the Notes is expected to be on or around 13 April 2026. The Prospectus is available on Stendörren’s website (www.stendorren.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se).
