Fredrik Crafoord strengthens his ownership in Byhmgard with an additional 5 million shares

Byhmgard AB (publ) announces today that Fredrik Crafoord, Board Member, has increased his ownership in the company by acquiring an additional 5,000,000 shares, increasing his total holding to 20,186,697 shares. The transaction has been reported in accordance with applicable insider trading regulations.
