Chairman of the Board Mikael Odenberg increases his holding in Byhmgard

Byhmgard AB (publ) announces today that Mikael Odenberg, Chairman of the board, has increased his ownership in the company through the acquisition of an additional 195,585 shares and increases the total holding to 260,000 shares. The transaction has been reported in accordance with applicable regulations for persons with insider obligations.
