Proposals for board changes in SOZAP

SOZAP AB (publ) (“SOZAP” or the “Company”) announces today that Hanif Bali and the Company’s CEO Rade Prokopovic are proposed to be elected as new board members, and that the current chairman of the board, Claes Wenthzel, and board member Annette Colin, are not available for re-election to the Company’s board at the annual general meeting on 14 May 2024. The current board member Daniel Somos is proposed as the new chairman of the board.

The following board members are thus proposed to be elected at the annual general meeting on 14 May 2024: Daniel Somos (re-election, proposed to be elected as chairman of the board), Stefan Janse (re-election), Rade Prokopovic (new election) och Hanif Bali (new election).

Hanif Bali is a Swedish politician and a member of the political party Moderaterna. He was a member of the Riksdag from 2010 to 2022 and served as a party executive in Moderaterna from 2015 to 2018. Born in Iran and raised in Sweden, Bali is well-known for his expertise in digital policy and immigration questions, which has provided him with extensive experience in public administration and strategic communication.
