Today, on 2023-10-26, MyFirstApp Sweden AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). All decisions were made unanimously and in accordance with the proposals that were previously presented.

The following material decisions were made:

  • The meeting resolved on the acquisition of TalesTime AB from related parties in accordance with the board's proposal.
  • The meeting resolved on the set-off issue to related parties in accordance with the board's proposal.
