Change in Soltech Energy's Board of Directors

Vivianne Holm has announced that she, at her own request, has left her assignment as a board member of Soltech Energy for personal reasons.

Comment from Soltech's Chairman of the Board, Mats Holmfeldt:

– In recent years, Soltech has grown significantly through acquisitions and organic growth and built a leading Group with strong diversified operations and a turnover in 2023 of almost SEK 3 billion in three countries. I would like to thank Vivianne Holm for her efforts during her two years as a board member of Soltech Energy AB.
