New number of shares and votes in Solid Försäkring

The number of shares and votes in Solid Försäkringsaktiebolag (publ) ("Solid Försäkring") has changed due to a decision at Solid Försäkring's extraordinary general meeting on February 27, 2025.

The meeting decided in accordance with the Board's proposal, on a conditional offer to repurchase warrants issued within the framework of the Company’s warrant program 2021/2025 (“LTIP 2021”). Through the subscription of shares that has taken place with the exercise of warrants in connection with the offering, the number of shares in the Company has increased by 33,792. The 33,792 shares issued following the decision by the extraordinary general meeting on February 27, 2025 have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, whereby the number of shares and votes in Solid Försäkring has increased by 33,792.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 18,511,145 shares and votes in Solid Försäkring.
