Smoltek Semi's CNF-MIM (Carbon Nanofiber Metal-Insulator-Metal) technology enables the integration of decoupling capacitors directly under the chip or in the interposer. This provides a combination of high capacitance density, low parasitic resistance and inductance, and high reliability, characteristics that are critical for next-generation AI and HPC architectures where power management has become a critical bottleneck.
