Gramtec Invest has previously entered into a subscription commitment of SEK 1 million, but has now decided to increase its subscription in Smoltek's rights issue to an amount of at least SEK 2 million, which corresponds to approximately 6.25% of the issue.

According to Gramtec Invest, the subscription will be supported by subscription rights that have mainly been received from the Company's major owners Gramtec Business Partner AB and LIWE Utveckling AB, which are also the main owners of Gramtec Invest.

Including this notification of subscription from Gramtec Invest, the company has now received a total of subscription commitments and advance notifications of subscription amounting to SEK 5,020,950, which corresponds to approximately 15.7% of the issue.
