Part of Smoltek's Convertible Bonds Converted to Shares

A total amount of SEK 2,040,000 is being converted into shares in Smoltek, resulting in an increase in the number of shares in the Company by 4,857,141 and an increase in the Company's share capital by SEK 578,622.719256. After the conversion, the Company's share capital will amount to SEK 9,753,653.188358, and the number of shares in Smoltek will be 81,875,231. The exact conversion price for the convertible bonds is SEK 0.42 per share.

The holders of the convertible bonds have the opportunity to convert their bonds into shares until January 31, 2027. For conversions occurring after January 31, 2026, the conversion price will be increased by 10% to SEK 0.46 per share. After the maturity of the convertible loan, the right to convert will expire.
