Change of auditor at Sleep Cycle following the change in ownership - new auditor to be elected at an extraordinary general meeting

Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (PwC) has notified the board of directors of Sleep Cycle AB (publ) that, at its own request, it is resigning from its assignment as the Company's auditor ahead of the end of its term. PwC has stated that the reason is that Sleep Cycle has undergone changes in ownership which give rise to changes in PwC's assignment. The assignment ends on 8 October 2026.

In its filing with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 23 of the Swedish Companies Act, PwC states that no circumstances giving rise to any remark have come to its attention.

The appointment of an auditor is a matter for the general meeting. The board has begun work on a proposal for a new auditor and intends to convene an extraordinary general meeting to elect an auditor for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. Notice of the meeting will be published separately.
