Skanska will deliver enhancements to Vt 12 highway, upgrading it into a median-separated passing lane road between Jokue and Tillola. The works will also include two grade-separated interchanges and an extensive groundwater protection structure. The goal is to improve traffic safety and flow.

The development phase will begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with on-site construction starting in early 2026. The project is expected to be completed during 2029.
