Skanska invests NOK 555M, about SEK 550M, in new phase in the residential project Nansenløkka in Fornebu, Norway
The new block consisting of 121 apartments is the most recent part of the larger residential development project, Nansenløkka. The project is a part of the FutureBuild program in Norway and has high environmental ambitions. The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by between 30 and 50 percent compared to a similar, traditional, building.
Construction is expected to begin during the second quarter 2024 and the project will be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
