Skanska divests the office building Least2 in Luleå, Sweden, to Luleälven Fastigheter AB for about SEK 240M

The office building that was completed this year has a gross area of 6,570 square meters spread over six floors. It is fully leased to Afry, Kriminalvården and Norrbottens Kommuner. The building is centrally located in Luleå, close to bus and train connections. At the building, there are parking spaces with charging facilities and a large bicycle parking to promote sustainable travel.

Least2 is Skanska's most sustainable self-developed office project in northern Sweden to date. It is designed for net zero energy use, which means that it generates as much primary energy as it consumes for heating, cooling and property electricity. During the construction process, no construction waste was sent to landfill and only materials meeting established sustainability criteria were used. The property is certified according to LEED Gold.
