The project includes the construction of the next phase of Matadorka Living residential project. It consists of five residential buildings with nine to ten floors and a total of 229 new apartments and 22 commercial units as well as two-storey underground garages.

Developed on the site of the former Matador industrial complex in Petržalka, Matadorka Living will regenerate a brownfield area into a contemporary urban neighbourhood with housing and public spaces while respecting the location's industrial heritage.

Construction is expected to commence in September 2026, and it's scheduled to complete by 2029.
