Skanska

The project consists of a new two-story data center and office building in Phoenix, totaling approximately 80,000 square meters. This is Skanska's second project on the client's campus, and the first ground up project under a master contract agreement. The data center is the last building in a series of construction projects on the seven-acre campus.

Work is underway and is scheduled for completion in November 2023.
