Chief Financial Officer Magnus Persson leaves Skanska

Skanska announces that Magnus Persson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has today decided to step down to take on new challenges outside of Skanska. Magnus Persson has been with Skanska for 18 years and has been a member of the Group Leadership Team since 2018. A recruitment process will be initiated to appoint a successor.

"I want to thank Magnus for his significant work and contribution to the development of the Skanska we see today. He has played a central role in developing and implementing the strategy that we launched in 2018 to increase profitability in all business areas. His deep knowledge of financial markets, leadership skills and drive, has added tremendous value to the company. I wish him all the best in the future", says Anders Danielsson, President and CEO of Skanska Group.

Magnus Persson will continue in the role as CFO until a successor has been appointed.
