SignUp Software AB (publ) – Agreement regarding liquidity provider has been terminated

On 22 May 2023 SignUp Software AB (publ) ("SignUp" or the "Company") announced that Nasdaq First North approved the Company's application for the delisting of the Company's shares. The last day of trading in the Company's shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be 5 June 2023.

Consequently, the Company has terminated the agreement with Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto”) as liquidity provider. The last day of Pareto’s liquidity undertaking is 29 May 2023.
