New number of shares and votes in Senzime AB (publ)

As previously announced, the board of directors of Senzime resolved on a directed issue of maximum 1,137,500 shares to the company’s chairman of the board Adam Dahlberg on August 24, 2023. The directed share issue was approved on the extraordinary general meeting on September 20, 2023.

The directed share issue has now been subscribed, paid for, and registered. The number of shares and votes in Senzime has therefore increased, and as of September 29, 2023, the total number of shares in Senzime amounts to 100,122,614 (previously 98,985,114 shares), with one vote each. The share capital amounts to SEK 12,515,326.75 (previously SEK 12,373,139.25).
As of September 29, 2023, Senzime holds no treasury shares.
