The number of shares and votes in Senzime has increased during the month of July due to the directed issue if shares resolved by the board by on July 5, 2023, as authorized by the general meeting on May 16 2023.

As of July 31, 2023, the total number of shares in Senzime amounts to 87,622,614 (previously 82,566,660 shares), with one vote each. The share capital amounts to SEK 10,952,826.75 (previously SEK 10,320,832.50).
As of July 31, 2023, Senzime holds no treasury shares.
