Sdiptech AB (publ) today announces that it has divested Metus, a lift engineering business, to one of the largest building maintenance service providers and developers of engineering and technological solutions in the Baltics.
Metus is operating primarily in Croatia and Slovenia and has been part of Sdiptech since 2015 and as communicated previously, Metus has not been part of Sdiptech’s long-term strategic investment and development plan and has been reported as Discontinued operations since the third quarter of 2024 in accordance with IFRS 5.
