Sdiptech AB (publ) has successfully issued new senior secured bonds of SEK 400 million

MARKN.

Sdiptech AB (publ) (“Sdiptech”) has issued floating rate senior secured bonds of SEK 400 million within a framework of SEK 1,000 million (the “Bonds”). The Bonds carry an interest rate of 3m Stibor + 2.00% and mature in September 2030. The settlement date of the Bonds is expected to occur on 9 September 2026.

The issue attracted very strong demand from mainly Nordic investors and was significantly oversubscribed. Sdiptech intends to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea and SEB acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners in the transaction. Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal advisor to Sdiptech.
