Scout Gaming Group, furthermore ”SGG” or ”company”, informs that the Board member Jonathan Pettemerides have decided to step down from the Board to pursue new opportunities within the sector.
 
The decrease of Board members from four to three does not need any further action prior to the AGM in May 2026. According to the Articles of Association the company needs to have between three to eight Board members.

Niklas Braathen, Chairman of the Board, comments; “We thank Jonathan for his time on the Board. Jonathan’s deep knowledge and experience of the industry have together with the rest of the Board given management of Scout an invaluable help during his time on the Board. We wish him all the best in the new role.”
