Astor Group hereby announces that the Company has achieved what was communicated in the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024, i.e. full-year sales exceeding SEK 200 million, quarterly sales for Q4 exceeding SEK 70 million and a positive net result. Preliminary figures show that for the full year 2024, sales amounted to SEK 223 million and in the fourth quarter sales amounted to SEK 91.3 million. Furthermore, preliminary figures show that EBITDA was SEK 20 million for the fourth quarter with a net profit of SEK 14.7 million. This means that the full year 2024 also shows a preliminary positive net result of SEK 2.3 million.

"We are delivering the record quarter we predicted in the Q3 report and exceeding market expectations. In Q4 2024, all subsidiaries have delivered above expectations. The strong growth and our positive net result confirm that Astor Group's strategy and business model are paying off. With a strong position going into 2025, we look forward to continuing to build on this success," comments Mattias Hjorth, CEO of Astor Group.

The improvement in profitability in the fourth quarter of 2024 is driven by the strategy of mainly profitable acquisitions such as Scandiflash, Mikroponent and Airsafe, which all contribute strongly to the result. A partial delivery of the Scandiflash order communicated in early October 2024 has also had a positive impact on both sales and earnings. Positive exchange rate movements also affected earnings during the quarter by approximately SEK 1.8 million. Given the nature of the industry, quarterly variations can be large in terms of both sales and earnings.

The results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 will be presented in full in the Company's year-end report, which will be published on February 19, 2025. The revenues and operating results published in this press release are still preliminary figures and not finally audited.
