Scandinavian Astor

Astor Group has entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 195,000 existing shares in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB. The acquisition of shares is conditional upon no other shareholder in NSG exercising their pre-emptive rights to increase their ownership. The final number of shares that Astor Group will acquire will be announced upon closing of the deal.
