Scandinavian Astor

The investment has been made in accordance with the agreement announced on October 2, 2025. The conditions for shareholders' preemptive rights have now been fulfilled, and the company has thus acquired 195,000 shares, with payment for the shares being made in cash of approximately SEK 2.3 million. Following the transaction, Astor Group owns a total of 15,939,691 shares in NSG, corresponding to total ownership of approximately 36.5%.
