ScandiDos’ directed share issue completed

ScandiDos AB (publ) ("ScandiDos") announced earlier this week that ScandiDos' Board of Directors has resolved on a directed share issue to IBA Dosimetry GmbH (a wholly owned subsidiary of IBA S.A.). The issue consisted of 4,150,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 3 per share (the "Directed Issue"), which entailed a total subscription proceeds of SEK 12,45 million before transaction costs. IBA Dosimetry Gmbh has now subscribed for and paid all shares.

As previously announced, the Board of Directors of ScandiDos has, with the support of issue authorization from the Annual General Meeting, resolved on the Directed Issue. All newly issued shares have now been subscribed for and paid for by IBA Dosimetry GmbH, which has also been allotted the shares.

Through the Directed Issue, the number of shares and votes in ScandiDos increases by 4,150,000 (from 41,458,870 to 45,608,870). The share capital increases by SEK 207,500 (from SEK 2,072,943.50 to SEK 2,280,443.50).
