SaveLend Group AB’s founder and board member Ludwig Pettersson has passed away

MARKN.

SaveLend Group AB’s ("SaveLend Group" or the "Company") founder and board member Ludwig Pettersson has passed away after a period of illness. With his tireless initiative and natural leadership style, Ludwig has run and developed the business since its inception in 2014.

"It is with tremendous sadness and dismay that we received the news of Ludwig’s passing. Our thoughts are with Ludwig’s family and loved ones. It is often said that people have drive, but that is not enough when describing Ludwig, he was a force of nature that leaves us all in great sorrow. Our main focus here and now is to take care of our employees and continue to manage the fantastic company Ludwig has led and built up during these years", says Bo Engström, Chairman of the Board of SaveLend Group.
 
After Ludwig's passing, the SaveLend Group board will consist of five members. Ludwig will not be replaced during the period leading up to the upcoming annual general meeting on April 25th.
