Record loan of MSEK 60 brokered by SaveLend Group
SaveLend Group AB (publ) (“SaveLend Group” or “The Company”) has, via the subsidiary Svensk Kreditförmedling, brokered its largest loan to date and thereby generated investment opportunities amounting to SEK 60 million for its savers. The loan is related to a property project in Västerås County and was mediated to a returning customer.
Svensk Kreditförmedling was acquired by SaveLend Group on the first of March this year. They contribute to the group by broadening the base of credits that SaveLend Group offers to its savers. Svensk Kreditförmedling's operations are focused on brokering loans for real estate projects with maturities from 6-24 months, with collateral such as real estate mortgages, share mortgages, and various types of surety bonds. The new record loan of MSEK 60 was mediated to a returning customer with documented good results.
