SBB announces that the conditions for the transaction with PPI have been fulfilled

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”), with subsidiaries, announces that all conditions for selling its community portfolio to Public Property Invest have now been met. The transfer and completion of the transaction are expected to take place on 16 December this year.
