SAGAX HAS ISSUED BONDS TOTALLING SEK 3.0 BILLION

Sagax has issued unsecured bonds with maturities of 2 years, 3.3 years and 5 years, respectively, for a total amount of SEK 3.0 billion. The bonds, which were issued under the company’s EMTN programme, have an average maturity of 3.8 years and an initial interest rate of 3.4 per cent.
 
The bond issues comprise SEK 750 million with a maturity of 2 years and an annual credit spread of 0.50 per cent, SEK 750 million with a maturity of 3.3 years and an annual credit spread of 0.70 per cent, and SEK 1,500 million with a maturity of 5 years and an annual credit spread of 0.95 per cent.
 
The proceeds from the bond issues will be used in accordance with Sagax’s Green Finance Framework.
