Stockholm, 30 June 2023 | Safello, the leading crypto exchange in the Nordics, today announced plans to list Euro Coin, Circle Internet Financial’s fully-reserved, euro-backed stablecoin. Safello’s focus on stablecoins has increased as the use cases have matured significantly. As the first Swedish platform to list Circle’s USDC, Safello is now following up by offering Euro Coin, or EUROC, to institutional clients. 

Natively available on the Ethereum and Avalanche networks, Euro Coin has a circulation of over 47 million euros (as of June 29, 2023), according to CoinGecko. Providing a fully-reserved, euro-backed stablecoin opens up new possibilities for multi-currency digital finance and near-instant exchange for Safello’s user base.
