The Swedish Rescue Service, Laholm Fire Department buys a SeaRanger system

REG

Laholm Fire Department (FD Laholm) has today placed an order for a SeaRanger system to strengthen their capabilities in saving lives across the lakes and waterways within their area of responsibility.

RTJ Laholm, which has used a RescueRunner system for over ten years, is now investing in a new solution by transitioning to the SeaRanger.

The SeaRanger, developed in collaboration with the South African National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI), is the largest of Safe at Sea’s rescue boat systems and offers exceptional cargo capacity, maneuverability, and stability.

“We are very pleased that the Laholm FD continues to place their trust in us and has chosen to invest in a new system from Safe at Sea. We are confident that the SeaRanger will prove highly valuable in their life-saving operations,” says Lukas Brehm, Vice President at Safe at Sea.

The SeaRanger is scheduled for delivery in Q2 2025.

The order value amounts to approximately SEK 600,000.
