Nomination Committee ahead of RevolutionRace’s Annual General Meeting 2023

In accordance with a resolution made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of RVRC Holding AB (publ) 2021 regarding the composition of the Nomination Committee, and which applies until further notice, the Nomination Committee shall consist of representatives of the three largest shareholders in terms of voting rights, as of the last banking day in March 2023, as well as the Chairman of the Board.

The following three members have been appointed to form, together with the Chairman of the Board, a Nomination Committee for the time until a new Nomination Committee has been appointed:

  • Øistein Widding (Chairman), appointed by Altor Fund IV (No.1) AB and Altor Fund IV (No.2) AB
  • Peter Algar, appointed by Nyrensten Global Holding AB
  • Caroline Sjösten, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder AB

The Chairman of the Board, Andreas Källström Säfweräng, has convened the Nomination Committee to its first meeting, whereby Øistein Widding was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals for the Annual General Meeting 2023 regarding the election of Chairman of the General Meeting, members of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, auditor, fees for the members of the Board including division between the Chairman and the other Board members, as well as fees for committee work, fees to the company’s auditor and, if necessary, changes of the instructions for the Nomination Committee. The tasks of the Nomination Committee and the guidelines for appointment of its members are further described on the company’s corporate website corporate.revolutionrace.com.

The Annual General Meeting is expected to take place in November 2023.

Shareholders are welcome to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee by e-mail to valberedning@revolutionrace.se.

The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2023 and on the corporate website.
