Information regarding publication of repurchased shares in RevolutionRace

On 10 February 2025, RVRC Holding AB (publ) ("RevolutionRace") published a press release regarding repurchased shares in week 6, in line with Nasdaq Stockholm's new routine. On 12 February 2025, information from Nasdaq Stockholm made it clear that the stock exchange will revert to its previous routine to provide information about repurchased shares on its website and that it is not a requirement for issuers to publish press releases with equivalent information.

Therefore, information about repurchased shares in RevolutionRace will as before only be available on the stock exchange website, Stockholm Repurchase of Own Shares | Nasdaq.
