Change in the number of shares and votes in RevolutionRace

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 19 November 2024, RevolutionRace has cancelled 3,322,279 own shares that the company previously repurchased. As a result of the cancellation, the number of shares and votes has decreased by 3,322,279.
 
After the cancellation, the total number of shares in RevolutionRace amounts to 109,596,639, corresponding to 109,596,639 votes.
