Number of shares and votes in Röko
The number of shares and votes in Röko AB (publ) (“Röko”) has changed as a result of the redemption of 208,492 shares of class A that was carried out in connection with the listing of Röko’s shares of class B on Nasdaq Stockholm on 11 March 2025.
Through the redemption of the shares of class A, the total number of shares has decreased with 208,492 shares, from 14,832,500 shares to 14,624,008 shares, and the number of votes has decreased with 2,084,920, from 39,096,500 to 37,011,580. The total number of shares in Röko is divided into 12,136,500 shares of class B and 2,487,508 shares of class A.
