Rightbridge Ventures Group engages Erik Penser Bank as Liquidity Guarantor

Starting from November 17, 2023, the Company will engage Erik Penser Bank as its liquidity guarantor. Erik Penser Bank will ensure the possibility of trading in the Company's shares by continuously posting trading positions on both the buy and sell sides in the order book in accordance with the Nasdaq Stockholm's regulations regarding liquidity guarantees. Erik Penser Bank will commence trading in the Company's shares from November 24, 2023.
Quoting will be done according to Nasdaq's current regulations. The purpose of a liquidity guarantee is to ensure liquidity in the stock and to reduce the difference between the buying and selling prices during ongoing trading.
