1337 will act as sales channel and product development advisor to YBVR for their international expansion and toward esports and digital entertainment. This agreement provides access to a technology that 1337 B2B customers (media agencies, tournament operators, gaming centers, broadcasters, over-the-top platforms and telecom operators) demand.

With six years in the market and funding from international technology leaders such as Telefonica Group and Verizon Ventures, YBVR is a Silicon Valley-based technology company that aims to bring emotions closer to sports fans by providing a unique experience that transports them to their favorite sporting events without leaving their homes. Through this partnership, 1337 will contribute its extensive network and know-how in the esports and gaming industry, as well as with the portfolio of companies included in RightBridge Ventures Group, to further extend YBVR's immersive experiences from sports into the world of e-sports and digital entertainment, creating new and exciting opportunities for fans to engage with their favorite e-sports events.

YBVR's technology has already been delivered to multiple sports events for NBA, NASCAR, UFC, etc…. E-sports events are the next step combining the esports and gaming native digital fans community with the excitement of digital sports entertainment.

The partnership between YBVR and 1337 will bring immersive and interactive experiences to consumers of digital entertainment, including sports, e-sports, and music enthusiasts. The objective is to merge esports and traditional sports experiences for the digital entertainment consumer, providing a new level of excitement and engagement for fans.

The parties estimate that the partnership's initially addressable events media rights esports market[1] value is approximately 600MUSD and growing at c. 17% on a yearly basis. The initial focus of the partnership will be on the esports and gaming industry and on the geographical regions of the Middle East and Northern Europe. Prioritized potential customers will be esports event organizers, over–the–top content and broadcasting platforms, as well as esports content aggregators and game publishers with competitive titles. That sub-segment of the addressable market is estimated to be c. USD190M – 220MUSD and growing at a pace of 22% on a yearly basis.
