Under this MOU, the Parties will work together to identify and evaluate opportunities for the development of esports and gaming in the Middle East and North African region. This may include, but is not limited to, identifying and evaluating potential markets, developing business plans and strategies, identifying and negotiating partnerships, and exploring investment opportunities in esports and gaming companies in the MENA region.

Dadabai is the founder of D11 Gaming & Esports Company WLL ("D11 Gaming") is a first-of-its-kind gaming & esports platform in the MENA region which leverages strategic tie-ups with major Telcos allowing gamers to purchase premium subscriptions through their mobile plans. The D11 Gaming ecosystem's offline element includes D11 Gaming Hub WLL ("D11 Hub"), which will play a significant role in the collaboration. D11 Hub is an upcoming digital culture center in the region, aided by Bahrain's premier government agency, through its various enterprise support programs in the creative industries.

RightBridge Ventures Group will provide support to the cooperation through the transfer know-how and expertise in the esports and gaming industry, specifically in the areas of marketing and sales, knowledge transfer, community development, and technology through the assets of the RightBridge Ventures portfolio.
