RightBridge's board decides to postpone the adoption of a new accounting standard.

The Company's board has decided to postpone the adoption of IFRS. The board has taken in consideration the complexity of the migration, the information needs of the Company, their shareholders and the financial markets as well as the high level of operational activities in which the Company is enrolled to come to the conclusion that the migration from K3 to IFRS is not in the best interest of the Company, shareholders or the financial markets at this stage.
