Clarification regarding the subscription of TO1 series share warrants in RightBridge Ventures Group AB
Those who are shareholders in RightBridge on the record date have received one (1) series TO1 warrant for every ten (10) shares owned on the record date.
A total of up to 15,594,340 series TO1 warrants were issued to existing shareholders in RightBridge. The series TO1 warrants will then be listed on the Nasdaq First North Market as soon as possible after registration has taken place with the Swedish Companies Registration Office ("Bolagsverket") and Euroclear, and allocation has been made.
