STOCKHOLM, February 28th, 2023, 15:30 CET - Resqunit AB (Nasdaq First North GM: RESQ), a leading provider of high-tech solutions for preventing loss of equipment in the fishing industry, announces today that Mark Inman, a member of the Board of Directors, has decided to step down from his position. We would like to clarify that his departure is not due to any issues or concerns related to the company.

Mark Inman, who has served as a Board member at Resqunit AB for about 1 year, leaves his position as Board member effective March 1st, 2023.  

After the resignation of Mark Inman, the RESQUNIT AB board will consist of 5 directors.
