Resqunit

Under this agreement, Intermas will serve as the sole distributor of Resqunit products in Spain and hold non-exclusive distribution rights in several key markets across Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America. To extend their exclusive distribution rights in Spain, Intermas must fulfill an amendment letter of intent to purchase a minimum of SEK 2 million worth of Resqunit products in the first year. 

The goal of this agreement is to establish a robust and far-reaching presence for Resqunit technologies on a global scale.

Intermas, headquartered in Llinars del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain, is a world-leading producer and distributor of extruded plastic mesh, active in more than 70 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and South America.
