The system will be deployed on Xer Tech’s long-endurance X8 platform, designed for industrial, civil as well as defense operations, requiring heavy payload capacity, extended range, and resilient communications.

The ordered solution includes a fully integrated sensor suite tailored for high-precision powerline monitoring and asset management. The package features:

• Phase One P3 for ultra-high-resolution imaging
• Yellowscan Mapper+ for advanced LiDAR mapping
• Ofil Corona Camera for corona discharge detection
• Scopito software for post-flight data analysis, reporting, and asset lifecycle management
• Nextvision camera system for surveillance and situational awareness
• Gotonomi / Viasat Satcom communication module providing a secure link beyond RF line-of-sight

Xer Tech will ship the full solution in the coming weeks. As part of the delivery, pilots and technical personnel will undergo operational and mission-specific training at Xer Tech’s facilities in Switzerland during December and January.
